Terms of Service — PolySlot
By downloading or using PolySlot, you agree to these Terms.
1. The game
PolySlot is a free-to-play puzzle game with optional advertisements and optional in-app purchases. Nexroom grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for entertainment.
2. Virtual items
Coins, rerolls, lives, and similar items have no real-world cash value. They exist only inside the game. We may change balances, prices, or availability for balancing, abuse prevention, or legal reasons. Purchases are generally final subject to Google Play’s refund policies.
3. Purchases
All payments are handled by Google Play. You are responsible for any charges on your account. Restore Purchases (when available) re-applies eligible non-consumable entitlements on the same Google account.
4. Ads
The free version may show ads, including rewarded ads you choose to watch and interstitial ads between sessions. Purchasing Remove Ads disables interstitial ads as described in the store listing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to cheat, reverse engineer beyond what the law allows, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, or interfere with other players’ experience or our services.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexroom disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexroom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data/progress arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you paid nothing).
8. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or stop offering the app or features. Local progress may be lost if you uninstall or clear data.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Nexroom’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
